      <image:title>About - I’m Marie – Mum of Three and Certified Child Sleep Consultant based in Co. Monaghan.</image:title>
      <image:caption>My interest in sleep started with my own experience as a parent. Like many families, we went through a mix of sleep struggles - long stretches of broken nights, co-sleeping that didn’t really help, driving around in the car for hours, and following advice from apps and books that never seemed to stick. I wanted to support independent sleep, but I was unsure how to do that without lots of tears, and felt overwhelmed by all the mixed messages out there. After the birth of our second child, we finally reached out for support - and things changed. With the right information and approach, sleep started to improve. That experience led me to want to learn more and eventually support other families through their own sleep journeys.</image:caption>
